We currently ship across India.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on location.
Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your Graywood purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
